| 1. Payment
We accept bank transfer, cheques and PayPal (for smaller purchases only). |
| 2. Shipping
We aim to ship goods within 3 working days from order. We use Royal mail; 1st Class UK and International tracked and signed everywhere else. We take care to package the items so they are protected. For large orders please email for a postage quote. |
| 3. Sending Parcels Outside the EU
We have a responsibility to quote the full value of your goods on the customs declaration when sending parcels outside the UK. We are unable to take any responsibility for expected or unexpected customs charges. These charges are the full responsibility of the customer. |
| 4. Right to Cancel
We are able to cancel an order but only prior to us dispatching the goods. We are not able to cancel and refund any electronic purchases. |
| 5. Return Policy
We do not except returns unless the items is damaged or defective. If this is the case please inform us via email within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve the situation. |
| 6. Copyright
Haystack Stitching may produce and sell designs that we retain the IPR and copyright. These designs must not be copied for commercial gain in any format. If anyone wishes to sell these designs they will need to gain written permission from Haystack Stitching. Any design posted on social media must credit the designer. |
| 7. Variation in Materials
We reserve the right to substitute materials and colours within the kits. Every effort is made to continually stock the same materials used in the original design for the kits, however, on occasions it may be necessary to substitute a product. This will always be as close to the original as possible and of the same quality. |
| 8. Beeswax
We are not able to supply beeswax to Australia or New Zealand. If any of our kits contain this product we will remove it before the kit is dispatched. |
| 9. Hand-made Items Some of our items are hand-made and individual which means they may vary from the picture. If you were requiring a particular colourway then please inform us at the time of purchase. |

By placing an order with Haystack Stitching you will be deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the terms below, please contact us before placing an order. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice, however we shall advise you prior to fulfilling your order of any significant changes. |
